Night of Mooncake Festival Some people say the moon from another side of the country is rounder. Well you judge it yourself. This is taken on the Mooncake Festival. I am not left out from having dinner. Tonight we are invited to our mentor's place. (Mentor: Somebody who guide us during the training).
The view here is amazing. The leafs are changing colour. Autum is coming. Temperature continue to drop. Next month, Nov, night can go below 0 deg C.

Sim & Karsten. He was asking if we need to bring jacket along, as we walked less than 50 meters from the car, we dicide to turn back to bring along jacket with us. He is laughing at us for being strong but give up.

Can you see me and Sim? Behind is the castle which exact the sun is shining on it but not us.

It's us. Our mentor insisted to take pictures for us.

You can see that the leafs are changing colour.

For the top view of this castle, it is surrounded by lake. So next week, according to my mentor, the lake will be drained to half and the fishs will be caught to sell. During winter time, the area is surround by ice skating ring. This the view from Moritzburg Castle and the former King here has a view of all over the town from the top. Like the one u see is the movie "Shrek 2"

So i am the one holding the camera which you don't see. Inside this picture is Sim on the left. Center is Karsten (Our Mentor), Western German but speaks very good English and right is his wife (homemaker) as they decided to give up her job to spend more time with their children.

They have a Golden Retriever staying at home. The dog was thinking if it's time to ask my mentor to bring him for a walk. Normally my mentor does but tonight we are the guest. So the dog has to stay longer to wait.
Ang Mo Kueh Sepit
This time I still want to talk about Kueh Sepit again. Today our mentor (Teacher for our training) bring us the a castle where it is about 5 minutes from his home. He is inviting me & Sim to his house.
So I visited this castle before but this time it was more fun as our mentor can explain to us what is written in German.
But one thing I have to figure out. The old time King already know how to make Kueh Sepit. Look at the tool in this picture. Except it's a much bigger Kuech Sepit they made.

I Found Something That Define Myself

I watch back all the Chinese Drama, the one dad bought me before I depart to Kulim, many many things given be a very good message from my perspective of life.

So I captured only a part of the Story to be adapted into my life at the moment.
One sentence :

" I am a Army General that now becomes a monk in Shao Lin"

Imagine there are many new rules to follow. Not drinking & meat as a monk.
So that's the idea.
If you ask me what can we buy if we have 180K rm.

for me, will single working guy, i will go for this A3 coupe. Sports looking but still practical for daily use.
No Updates also Updates

You know I have nothing to do a updates I just load some pictures. hehe

Elmo with Darth Vader look
Haha when i look at Elmo, reminds me the dark side of Star Wars
Our House in Kenyalang Now has become a hot property as it is only 15 minutes to anywhere around Kuching. Get to the centre? No problem 15 minutes no jam by car. And the huge thing happening in this area is the Hypermarket just 10 minutes walk from here. The place where i used to 'pio' bicycle.
You can all this number. But tell u first, this place is already rent out. If you willing to pay higher price of coz mum and dad will consider. Maybe RM1800/month

Ok this my photo taken just yesterday. I had a monthly ticket in Dresden. So I just go anywhere that I think of. So the Elbe river side at the upper stream.
What Does it Take to Cook Laksa Sarawak in Germany? First I pay a respect the ingredients brought in my Cathay Pacific. MSG not sure i guess can get from here.
Of coz without laksa paste, everything seem impossible haha. I still have another packet after this coming Tuesday cooking.
This the place I get most of my asian supply. Even I get from Jay Chow noodles to Thaland asam Laksa.
Spring Onions.
Tau Ge as for this much is bout 50 cents.
Coconut milk onely 1.5 euro
Chicken 3.90 euro. Whole chicken leh.. u know why? Coz we can get only breast meat only with halal one.
And must be a halan logo. Otherwise, Muslim friends won't be invited. There is only 1 shop in town selling halal chicken but luckily it not too far away from our asian market.
Raw Shrimps of course most expensive items. The price for seafood here is astronomical 14.50 euro. Can you imagine that these shrimps are from Malaysia. I bet maybe from Kuching as well. Wait till i taste it.

Oh yea.... what else is missing?
Weekend, Now I Can Really Look At My Apartment. This another view from my apartment. Look at those plants growing.
This my apartment's window.

Looking from inside can these 'alien's hands climbing in.
How does they climb up so high? yea with the features like hook on the wall.

I cook my own Curry Chicken. Since I am always at mum's kitchen, I get to steal some of the Kung Fu from mum. Curry chicken I did for myself.
Then with Mee Goreng, I called a lunch liau. Cost me less then 1.5 euro.
