My first day at work

I woke up about 5 in the morning. I guess just something in my excited mind to meet up with the new company. Had breakfast in my hotel. Only fried rice and very local kaya and jam toast.
Forget about the quality. Took a taxi from Hotel Sri Malaysia to Kulim Hi Tech Park cost me RM10.00 per way.

So I found out there are another 4 recruits for my group. The first day in the company is the usual Company Policies, IT rules, HR & etc.

16 May 2006 2nd Day

The 2nd day goes as usual. The safety training and Quality training. I have met up with all the members in my group as well. Met my boss and my boss's boss. Things like that .. and many things starting need to follow up. I can see the challenging road ahead. But I dedicated my effort and strenght to anyone who this this page. Look down the road until Dec 2006 is never easy. I just have my 3 day completed. But soon things will turn up fast. I have your greatest support.

Sunset of Kulim

My first day in Kulim is abit weird to feel that it turns dark at 8:00pm. The one I am really used to is around 7:00pm. Due to the geographical difference between west and east Malaysia is the reason. If we look the time zone, west Malaysia should follow Bangkok which about an hour behind east Malaysia. So what makes me feeling like having dinner just after sunset is already 8:00pm which normally I don't do that back in my home town.

That's different now. I am alone here missing all my family members and my girl there. I didn't manage to take down a picture of Kulim's sunset coz I am having my first meal alone at the hotel overlooking the park outside my hotel.

Trip from Kuching to Kulim

Never know that is really fast. This morning, I am just with my family and now I am thousand miles away from them alone at the hotel lobby updating my blog. I guess my family and my girl can't wait to see my updates. So let me start with early breakfast.

Then we are at the airport. Things still pretty fine. Still smiling but not later.
