Now has become a hot property as it is only 15 minutes to anywhere around Kuching. Get to the centre? No problem 15 minutes no jam by car. And the huge thing happening in this area is the Hypermarket just 10 minutes walk from here. The place where i used to 'pio' bicycle.
You can all this number. But tell u first, this place is already rent out. If you willing to pay higher price of coz mum and dad will consider. Maybe RM1800/month
