Potluck again last week. This time, we Sarawak Contender making Laksa Sarawak, Penang Chicken rice & Fung Khee Bak Kut Teh again. Can you spot the one I made?
Look closer. Now you can see which one belongs to my expertise? Of course you don't see the spring onion on the top of the Laksa Sarawak & the soup not enaf. By the time, we are ready to eat, the cook team already had most of the laksa. The soup & spring onion almost finish by the time we took this picture.
You know what is the comment on our Sarawak Laksa? Prawn mee + Hokien mee. I told I am just doing only 85%. There is another Belacan sauce that not available here.
Gerenally, it was well received. From the first bite, they said it tastes ok. Peter, Chow & Siew Lang (from Bintangor) had 2 bowls of it. That's why it's not enaf.
Overall, everybody is a winner.

I think can. If you supply me the laksa paste. haha.
See next time.. if i am out of job, i should consider laksa in Penang.
