I am just back from dinner and how it's about 11:00pm. Peter invited all of us for Bak Kut Teh pokluck. Peter Fung's bak kut teh (we called in Dresden Fung Kee Bak Kut Teh) was nice but it should be cooked more time. So we don't have time. We only have 2 hours.

I prepare Satay Chicken and with sauce bought way back from Penang.
So it's easy, just cut the chicken into small cubes, then salt, curry powder, sugar & vege oil.
The put into the oven. That's it. For the sauce, just open the packet and boiled in water.
Then I bought additional onions & cucumbers. My satay was pretty popular. Only left abit.

So what are dishes prepared tonight? Our Malay coliqs made nasi lemak, cili belacan, fried chicken & shrimp salad. Most of us like the cili belacan.

I am really full now. Can't go to sleep anytime soon coz I might be having nightmare later haha.

you should bring sarawak laksa instead,.. I am sure it will be the highlight of the evening
